摘　　要：结合师医院现况和特殊性,提出师医院建设必须提高院所领导力量,加强人才、装备建设,提高综合保障能力,培养能完成战时卫勤保障需要的全科医务人员.To explore how army-forces division hospitals can develop military strategies in the new era, meet the missions of army forces and win local hi-tech wars, so that the hospitals and army forces can develop at the same pace. Considering the specificity of division hospitals, our suggestions on strengthening the construction of division hospitals are as follows: reinforcing the leadership of the hospitals, enhancing construction of talented personnel and armed equipment, and cultivating experienced medical personnel who can fulfill health needs in war time.
