过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊治疗男性免疫性不育42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊对男性免疫性不育的治疗作用。方法:选择42例抗精子抗体(AsAb)阳性的男性不育患者,给予过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊治疗,以 ELISA 法检测治疗前后抗精子抗体.并以 WLJY-9000伟力彩色精子质检系统进行精液参数分析,同时观察患者服用过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊期间有无明显不良反应。结果:治疗42例 AsAb 阳性患者,其中痊愈14例(33.33%),好转21例(50%),无效7例(16.67%),总有效率83.33%,且服药期间无明显不良反应。结论:过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊临床上可使AsAb 阳性患者抗体转阴,精子数量、质量得到提高,其疗效确切,且无明显副作用及禁忌症,值得进一步推广。Objective:To observe therapeutic action of No.2 Guominkang Capsules on male immune infertility.Methods:42 cases of AsAb positive male infertility were treated by Guominkang Capsules,and anti-sperm antibody before and after treatment was determined by ELISA method.Sperm parameters were analyzed with WLJY-9000 Weili color sperm quality detection system,and adverse effects of No.2 Guominkang Capsules were observed.Results:Of the 42 cases treated,14 cases were cured(33.33%),21 cases improved(50%),7 cases ineffective(16.67%),the total effective rate being 83.33%,with no obvious adverse effect during treatment.Conclusion:No.2 Guominkang Capsules can make sperm antibody turning to negative,and increase number and quality of sperm,with definite therapeutic effect and no obvious adverse effect.
