摘 要:聚合物乳胶膜的性能不仅与涂料的配方和其中的聚合物的分子结构有关,而且与聚合物的成膜过程密 切相关。而聚合物乳胶成膜过程分三阶段进行,由于受到实验条件和表征的限制,人们的研究工作主要集中 在第一、第二阶段,第三阶段即成膜扩散的研究甚少,而聚合物成膜时的扩散在许多应用中是非常重要的。直 到最近,由于一些先进表征技术在成膜扩散研究中的运用,使得成膜过程的第三阶段研究受到人们越来越广 泛的关注。本文拟在介绍成膜扩散的主要理论基础上,并对成膜扩散实验研究方法进行比较,在此基础上综 述在此领域的研究情况,从而对聚合物乳液成膜扩散有较系统的了解。Not only did the performances of coatings depend on their formulations and polymer's molecular structure, but also they were closely correlated with film formation process of polymer. Film formation has been conceptually separated into three transitional stages. Due to the lack of proper experimental methods, research works were mainly concentrated on first stage and second one, but information about the diffusion properties of polymers was essential for many technological applications. Until recently, advanced experimental instruments applied, extensive research has been devoted to the third stages of film formation. Main theories of interdiffusion process were firstly reviewed in the paper. And then, experimental main methods and apparatus for studying interdiffusion process were compared. Finally, researches development of interdiffusion process was overviewed. Thus one could systemically know polymer interdiffusion during film formation.
