摘　　要：顺德能否率先实现现代化 ,在很大程度上取决于顺德的人口发展状况。本文从经济社会现代化与人口现代化的关系入手 ,分析了顺德市人口发展的现状及存在的问题 ,阐述了促进顺德社会经济现代化的人口对策。Whether Shunde, a comparatively rich city of Guangdong, can be the first to basically realize modernization in Guangdong will depend in a sense on the modernization of its people Beginning with the relations between the social and economic modernization and that of population development, this paper analyzes Shundes population problems which obviously restrains the social and economic development of Shunde at present and suggests some counterpart measures.
