建立防范化解金融风险的有效机制探析

摘　　要：分析当前我国金融业存在的种种风险 ,提出只要强化内部制度控制、建立信贷风险防范机制、加强金融财会基础建设、建立风险分散转移机制、强化中央银行监管。The present great risks in China's financial circles may be classified as follows:the risks of the internal management of the financial institutions, the risks of the asset loss,the risks of the existing unregulated operations,the risks of the capital financialization and the risks of the financial crimes.In order to effectively prevent the financial risks,we can only reinforce the control of the internal regulations,establish the preventive mechanism of the credit risks,strengthen the basic financial and accounting construction,set up the risk decentralization and transfer system,intensify the supervision of the central bank, build up the social risk superintending mechanism and increasingly perfect the check-up indexes of the financial risk supervision.
