摘　　要：本文介绍了软式排球运动在我国开展的现状 ,论述了它的易学性、可参与性、健身性等特点 ,强调了它在全民健身运动中的重要作用。同时提出软式排球运动的一些不足之处和改进措施 ,为软式排球运动的可持续发展提供一定的参考依据。The status quo of Soft-Volleyball developing in china was introduced, and its some feature were discussed, such as easy to learn, no confine to age, sex, be good at health.Meanwhile the shortage and mend measure were put forward, which might offer some reference gist for continuance developing of soft-volleyball.
