摘　　要：本文通过对中国科学院文献情报系统在机构布局、文献结构、投入产出、人才分布、职能划分等方面所存在问题的分析,说明对其进行结构性调整的必要性,并提出了结构性调整的基本思路。In this paper,issues of the Documentation and Information System of CAS(DISCAS) in the distribution of organization and staff, the structure and input - output of cocumentation and the functions of the regional documentation and information centers are discussed and a basic method on the readjustment of the structure of DISCAS is put foward.
