论延边建设生态经济区的基本思路

摘　　要：21世纪要实现延边经济跨跃式发展 ,就必须实施经济、社会与人口、资源、环境相协调的可持续发展战略 ,而建设生态经济区是推动延边经济快速发展、实现可持续发展的有效途径。主要措施有 :树立可持续发展观 ;大力推进经济结构战略性调整 ,重构以绿色经济为主体的高效生态经济体系 ;高标准搞好山、江、气治理开发工程 ;把扩大开放、振兴科技、发展教育放在更加突出的位置 ;要把控制人口摆在首位。To realize the economy's leaping in Yanbian in the 21st century,we should carry out the sustainable development strategy of coordinating the economy,society with population,resources and environment.Constructing ecological economic area is an efficient way of pushing forward Yanbian economic development and realizing the sustainable development.The measures are in the following:setting up the views of sustainable development; pushing forward the strategic adjustment of economic construction; reconstructing the economic system of an efficient ecology centering around the green economy; exploiting mountain,river and nature gas resources well; putting reform and opening to the world,science vitalizing and education development in the outstanding position; putting population controlling in the first place.
