摘　　要：比较中苏两国在 195 0年和中俄两国在 2 0 0 1年签定的两个条约 ,人们可以进一步了解中俄战略协作伙伴关系的内涵、特点及宗旨。中俄关系的发展前景还是看好的。Comparing the 2 Sino Russian(Sino Soivet Union) treaties concluded in 1950 and 2001 respectively,we can understand further the intention,feature and aim of the Sino-Russian strategic cooperative partner relationship.The prospect of the Sino Russian relationship development will get well.
