摘　　要：技术创新与产业结构的关系是一个极具现实指导性的理论问题。从技术创新角度出发 ,提出了一组认识和分析产业结构升级的框架 :产业结构升级的资源重组模式、产业提升模式、产业跨跃模式、产业集群化模式。The relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure is a theoretical subject with practically instructive significance. From the standpoint of innovation theory, a group of analytical frameworks are put forward, including the resource-recombining model, the industry-promoting model, the industry-spanning model and industry-clustering model. The models discussed in the paper will be helpful to the innovation policy-making.
