摘　　要：随着电子网络的发展 ,数字传输技术得到广泛的应用 ,这给传统的版权制度带来了越来越大的冲击。由于电子信息的利用由传统的被动接收方式转变为主动选择方式 ,因此引发了有关版权问题的争议。With the development of the electronic network, the digital transmission technology has been used in many fields. Traditional copyright has been undertaking great impact due to the digital transmission technology. The action of receiving the information for users has changed from passive into active. Therefore there exists the deputation of copyright. Traditional copyright has become more complex under the condition of new technology.
