摘　　要：在西部大开发的时代背景下 ,该文分析了新疆生产建设兵团小城镇建设的现状 ;以可持续发展为前提 ,提出了兵团小城镇人居环境建设的主要思路和途径 ,即加强基础设施建设 ,注重生态环境保护和建设 ,营造文化生态环境 ,全面推进兵团城镇化进程 ,以实现兵团经济、社会。Under the social background of the western development, the writer analyses the present situation of the small town construction. Considering sustainable development, the writer then puts out some main ideas and means of the town construction, that is to say, strengthening fundamental installation construction, noticing living environment protection construction, building cultural atmosphere, in order to fully push on the urbanization formation, and realize the proper balancing development of economic, social and cultural environment of BINGTUAN.
