摘  要:该文在前人研究的基础上 ,对《桃花扇》作为一部思想与艺术完美结合的历史剧作出了新的阐释和评价。从艺术角度来说 ,《桃花扇》的成就不在于其最大限度地接近历史真实 ,而在于其赋予历史生活以戏剧性 ,在于其艺术真实地再现了南明王朝的灭亡 ;从思想深度来说 ,孔尚任通过《桃花扇》这一文本形式 ,对大厦将倾之时的整个士大夫阶层进行了质疑 ,不只认定权奸误国 ,同时认为忠臣良将救世乏术 ,亦难辞其咎。顺理成章的结论就是整个士大夫精英阶层不再是社会的中流砥柱 ,社会底层人士高尚可敬 ,代表未来和希望。The paper gives a new interpretation and evaluation 'The Fan Of Peach Blossom' It regards the play as a historical play which unites idea and art. From the artistic visual angle, the achivement of 'The Fan Of Peach Blossom' lies in not its maximum approach to the historical reality but its artistic and true reappearance about the destruction on Nan Ming dynasty. From the depth of idea, Kong Shang ren queried the whole stratum of nobility when the feudal masion was destructing through the text 'The Fan Of Peach Blossom'. In the works, it's not only influential and treacherous officials who harm the nation but also loyal officials and good generals who can't shirk responsibility can't save the nation. The natural conclusion is that all the picked literati is no more the main stake of society and the social bottom is noble minded and respected representing the hope of future, which is the historical essence that the writer wants to show through his feelings in alternation of history.
