摘　　要：用逐步回归分析方法从20个变量中筛选出四个主要影响胎儿体重的因素,包括孕妇身高(X9)、孕末体质指数(X11)、孕期最大舒张压(X14)和蛋白尿(X18)。除蛋白尿外,其余三个变量都与出生体重呈正相关。The physiological and pathological ch- anges of 213 primiparae and the birth weights of their newborns were investegated to study the factors influencing the fetal growth. Four significan factors were selected from 20 variables by stepwise regression analysis. They are mother height (X9), quetelet index at term(X11), maximum diastolic blood pressure during pregnancy (X14) and proteinuria (X18). Except for X18, all the other three variables were positively correlated to birth weight. The regression equation can be expressed as. (?)=-1102.829+16.306 X9+54.212 X11+38.351 X14-71.668 X18
