摘　　要：数字图书馆是 2 1世纪建立国家技术创新体系 ,增强综合国力和在国际竞争中抢占先机的重要基础设施。据此提出用 5～ 8年时间建成覆盖全国、辐射世界的综合农业数字信息系统的建设目标 ,建立由一个数字图书馆全国中心、七个区域分中心和若干个省级资源站点组成的三级农业数字图书馆结构模型。Digital library is an important infrastructure for technological innovation, strengthening comprehensive national power and fighting for advanages in international competition. This paper puts forward a target that a comprehensive agricultural digital information system is to be built with a coverage of the whole nation and a worldwide influence in 5~8 years, its three level model consists of a nation wide digital library center, seven regiondal centers, many provincial centers. Suggestions and countermeasures on how to carry out are also put forward.
