摘　　要：经济全球化对世界各国经济发展的影响越来越明显,尽管对这种影响的认识并未趋于一致。作者认为新科技革命即将到来,中国应把握住这一契机,参与全球化进程。对于中国而言,在加入世贸组织问题上,利大于弊。唯有如此,中国才能充分利用国际规则,求得自我发展,在世界经济新格局中占有一席之地。The impact of economic globalization on countries all over the world is becoming more and more obvious, though what kind of impact there may be has not had a widely accepted view point The author believes that China should seize the right time, especially when a new science and technology revolution is coming. There will be more benefit than harm in entering into the WTO. China should take full advantage of international rules to develop itself. Only by doing this can China take a seat in the new international formation of both economy and politics.
