摘　　要：根据等效电路法和级联网络的传递矩阵乘积原理建立的谐波滤波器衰减公式,分析了C波段谐波滤波器各个结构参数变化对谐波特性的影响,设计了C波段谐波滤波器并用HFSS进行了验证。经小批量生产,性能较好。The attenuation formula has been given in this paper for analyzing wave guide harmonic filter with the method of equivalent circuit and the principle of multiplication of [A] matrix .A C band harmonic filter has been designed, the affection has been analyzed on its harmonic characteristics of every structure parameter, and has been verified by HFSS .Ten C band filters have been produced .Test results are very well.
