摘  要:自行研制了光机电一体化的便携式近红外光谱仪的分光系统,采用单光路光栅扫描机构,以单片机控制微型步进电动机驱动,正弦传动实现分光系统的线性波长扫描。仪器波长范围1300~2500nm,光谱分辨率7nm,波长准确性和重现性均小于2nm,全谱扫描时间小于70s,重量小于5kg,体积为260mm×190mm×130mm。The spectrometric system of the portable NIR spectrometer self-developed to measure the continuous diffused reflection spectrum of minerals in the field is a single optical path grating scan framework. It is driven by a mini-step motor controlled by a SCM (Single Chip Micyoco) and a sine gearing to linearity wavelength scan. This spectrometric system is an optical-mechanical-electronic integration, and its wavelength range is 1300~2500 nm with spectrum resolution of 7 nm.The wavelength veracity and reproducibility are all less than 2 nm . The full spectrum scanning time is less than 70 seconds, and its weight is less than 5 kg with volume of 260 mm×190 mm×130 mm.
