地八合剂对大鼠血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨张镜人经验方“地八合剂”对大鼠血清胃泌素 ( GAS)、血浆胃动素 ( MOT)的影响。方法 :SD大鼠 5 0只随机分成空白对照组、西沙必利组、理气方组、补气方组、“地八合剂”组。各组大鼠分别用相应药物干预后 ,用放射免疫法分别测定大鼠血清 GAS、血浆 MOT的含量。结果 :西沙比利组大鼠 GAS、MOT含量与空白对照组无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;补气方组及“地八合剂”组大鼠血清 GAS含量均明显高于西沙比利组与空白对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;理气方组、补气方组及“地八合剂”组大鼠血浆 MOT含量均明显高于西沙比利组与空白对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;“地八合剂”组大鼠血浆 MOT含量明显高于理气方组、补气方组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :张镜人经验方“地八合剂”对大鼠的GAS、MOT含量有明显调节作用。Objective: To study the effect of Diba Decoction on serum gastrin and plasma motilin of rats.Methods:50 SD rats were divided into contrast group, cisapride group, Liqi decoction group, Buqidecoction group and Diba decoction group randomly. All rats were treated by corresponding medicinesand the contents of serum gastrin and plasma motilin were measured by radioimmunoassay method.Results: The contents of serum gastrin and plasma motilin in cisapride group and contrast group had nodifference( P <0.05). The contents of gastrin in the groups of Buqi and Diba decoction were markedlyhigher than those in the groups of cisapride and contrast ( P <0.05). The contents of motilin in the groups of Liqi, Buqi and Diba decoction were markedly higher than those in the groups of cisapride and contrast( P <0.01). The content of motilin in Diba decoction group was markedly higher than those in the groups of Liqi AND Buqi decoction(p<0.01).Conclusion: Diba decoction from Zhang Jingren's experience has good effect on adjusting the content of gastrin and motilin of rats.
