摘  要:【目的】了解本地区女性生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)及人型支原体(Mh)感染的耐药情况。【方法】采 用本院门诊高危女性子宫颈管分泌物培养+药敏试验进行耐药性分析。【结果】2034例女性患者中,Uu、 Mh、Uu+Mh阳性率分别为62.49%,8.75%,7.82%;药敏试验结果显示:Uu对壮观霉素、可乐必妥、司帕沙 星的耐药率居10种抗菌药之前列,耐药率分别为92.13%、35.56%、32.34%,Mh则对壮观霉素、红霉素、罗 红霉素耐药率高,耐药率分别为91.57%,88.76%,87.64%;Uu对交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素敏感,敏感 率分别为95.36%,91.82%,87.73%;Mh对强力霉素、交沙霉素敏感,敏感率分别为76.97%,74.12%。 【结论】Uu对壮观霉素、可乐必妥、司帕沙星的耐药率高,Mh则对壮观霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素耐药,Uu和Mh 均对交沙霉素和强力霉素敏感,今后可以考虑作为治疗它们的首选抗生素。ObjectiveTo study the drug tolerance of ureaplasma urealyticum ( Uu ) and mycoplasma hominis ( Mh ) infections in the female genital tract.To culture Uu and Mh of endocervical secretions and test the sensitivity of them for the female high risk outpatients of our hospital .In 2034 female cases, the positive rates of Uu、Mh and Uu + Mh were 62.49%、8.75% and 7.82% respectively.Drug sensitive test result showed: Spectinomycin、Levofloxacin、Sparfloxacin were not sensitive for Uu,resistant rates were 92.13%, 35.56% and 32.34% respectively;Spectinomycin、Erythromycin、Roxithromycin were resistant for Mh,resistant rates were 91.57%, 88.76% and 87.64% respectively.Josamycin、Doxycycline、Clarthromycin were sensitive for Mh.sensitive rates were 95.36%, 91.82% and 87.73% respectively.Doxycycline、Josamycin were sensitive for Mh, sensitive rates were 76.97% and 74.12% respectively.[Conclusion]Spectinomycin、Levofloxacin、Sparfloxacin are resistant for Uu, Spectinomycin、Erythromycin、Roxithromycin are resistant for Mh ,Josamycin and Doxycycline are sensitive for Uu and Mh,and can be considered as the antibiotics of first choice to treat them in the future.
