摘　　要：本文介绍了逆向物流的含义,阐述了逆向物流的经济价值,提出了逆向物流的管理策略。本文的深刻含义在于对逆向物流的有效管理,不仅能保护环境、为企业带来明显的经济效益,而且还能强化企业的竞争优势,提高供应链的整体绩效。This article explicates meanings of reverse logistics,analyses its economic values and makes a discussion on managerial strategies for reverse logistics. Effective management on reverse logistics is not only good for environment protection,but also vital to enterprises in that it can bring increased profits,reinforce their competitive strengths and thus improve the achievement and efficiency of supply chain integrally.
