摘　　要：目的　建立延胡索药材中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法　采用RP HPLC法 ,C18柱 ,以乙腈 2 %冰醋酸溶液 (用三乙胺调 pH至 5 .0 ) (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 82nm。 结果　延胡索乙素在 1.0 0 4～ 5 0 .2 0 μg/mL范围内线性良好 ,r =0 .9999,平均回收率为 98.6 3% ,RSD为 1.95 %。 结论　该方法准确、快速 ,精密度高 。Objective To establish an assay method of tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis.Methods By RP-HPLC, using a C 18 column with acetonitrile-2% acetic acid glacial(adjusted pH to 5.0 with triethylamine)(25∶75)as mobilephase and detected at 282 nm.Results The calibration curve of tetrahydropalmatine was linear from 1.004 μg/mL to 50.20 μg/mL with r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 98.63 % with RSD 1.95%.Conclusion This method was proved to be accurate and quick, and can be selected to control the quality of the medicinal materials.
