摘　　要：目的　建立用高效液相色谱法测定耳聋左慈丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法　采用C18柱 ,流动相为乙腈 水 (30∶70 ) ,流速为 1.0mL/min ,检测波长为 2 30nm。结果　芍药苷线性范围 2 0 12 0 μg /mL ,相关系数r =0 .9994 ,平均加样回收率为 99.79% ,相对标准偏差RSD为 1.5 2 % (n =6 )。结论　本法操作简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 。Objective To establish the method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Erlongzuoci Pills by HPLC.Methods The Suntek C 18 column with acetonitrile-water(30∶70 ) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 230 nm.Result The calibration curve was linear at a range of 20~120 μg/mL for paeoniflorin(r=0.999 4).The average recovery was 99.79% and RSD was 1.52% (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
