摘　　要：目的　建立健脾口服液中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法　采用HPLC法测定健脾口服液中芍药苷的含量 ,色谱柱为AlltimaC18柱 ,流动相为乙腈 水 (13∶87) ,流速为 1mL/min ,检测波长为 2 30nm ;柱温 :35℃。结果　进样量在 0 .16 5～ 6 .6 0 0 μg范围内芍药苷量与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9997;平均回收率为 99.4 % ,RSD为 0 .7% (n =5 )。结论　本方法简便、准确 。Objective To establish the determination of paeoniflorin in Jianpi Oral Liquid. Methods HPLC method was developed for the determination of paeoniflorin in Jianpi Oral Liquid on Alltima C 18 ( 4.6 mm×250 mm), using water-acetonitrile (87∶13,v∶v) as a mobile phase (1.0 mL/min) and detecting wavelength at 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was from 0.165 μg to 6.600 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The average recovery was 99.4%,RSD was 0.7%(n=5).Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Jianpi Oral Liquid.
