摘 要:针对产品数据管理系统对个性化配置的要求,给出了个性化配置器的概念,并对产品配置的工作流程进行了概要分析。在考虑设计、制造、装配等应用部门的相关需求基础上,提出了个性化配置器的规则提取模型,利用不完备信息系统粗糙集的相关方法加以处理,使得用户和销售工程师在进行个性化产品定义时可以确定相应的配置规则,并由此产生相应的产品结构。研究了上述模型工作的基本步骤,并给出了具体的应用简例。Abstract Individual configurator was firstly presented to meet the individual configuration requirements of the PDM system, and then the workflow of product configuration was analyzed. After fully considering the related requirement of the application department of design, manufacture and assembly, the rule -distilling model of individuation configuration was advanced. Some related rough set methods of inadequate information were used, which could enable the users and marketing engineers to ensure relevant configuration rules. All the rules could help people to produce relevant product structure, while they were making individuation product definition. Lastly, the essence step of such model was investigated, and one brief example of the application was presented.
