摘　　要：针对应用服务提供商模式从理念到商业化运作的发展过程中系统架构、商业模式、实现技术以及面向中小企业信息化的应用等诸多问题,构建了面向中小企业信息化的上海区域应用服务提供商平台,论述了其商业模式和关键技术,建成了应用服务提供商运营平台雏形一"数字企业在线平台",并以行业应用为突破口,定制针对行业需求的整体解决方案,实现了基于该平台的应用服务提供商运作,产生了一定效益。该应用服务提供商平台将成为上海市支持中小企业信息化的重要支撑平台。In the process of the Application Service Provider (ASP) pattern development, there are various obstacles at many aspects such as system structure, business pattern, key technologies etc. To solve these problems, the Shanghai regional ASP platform was constructed. The key technologies of the platform were dissertated. The ASP operate platform, 'Digital Enterprise Online', was formed. The platform started with some certain industry applications and customized the solutions to the requirement of the special industry. The benefit of the platform was coming into being. The platform will become the important platform to the small medium-sized enterprise informa-tionization in Shanghai.
