摘　　要：本文研究了具有领导的二分群体决策中领导对决策收益的影响,得到的一个重要结论是:如果二分群体决策过程应用了独立投票过程下的最优规则,则领导对其他决策者施加影响不可能提高群体决策收益。然而当群体未能应用最优决策规则时,领导的影响有可能发挥积极作用,这主要是由于此时领导的决策能力高于其他决策成员,而决策规则分配给领导的权重相对过低而导致的。In this paper the influence of leader in dichotomous group decision making is discussed,and we conclude that the existence of leader cannot improve the decision profit when the optimal decision rule in independent group decision-making is applied.However,if the optimal decision rule isn't applied,leader may play a positive role in the group decision-making.And generally speaking,it occurs when the leader is more capable than other group members and the applied decision rule allocates insufficient weight to the leader.
