摘  要:目的 研究猪苓多糖长循环脂质体的制备方法,并对其质量进行控制。方法 用氯仿注入合并硫酸铵梯度法制备猪苓多糖长循环脂质体,并采用紫外- Sephadex法测定脂质体中猪苓多糖的含量和包封率。结果 猪苓多糖长循环脂质体平均粒径为10 0 nm,药物包封率为5 5 .3%。结论 用氯仿注入合并硫酸铵梯度法可制得包封率高、粒径小的猪苓多糖长循环脂质体。紫外- Sephadex法测定该脂质体的包封率准确性高、重现性好、简便易行。Objective To prepare the Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides (PUPS) long cirrculating liposomes (LCLs) and to study the quality control of PUPS LCLs. Methods The PUPS LCLs were prepared by chloroform infusion combined with the ammonium sulphate gradient method. The content and encapsulation efficiency of PUPS in LCLs were determined by UV-Sephadex method. Results Mean diameter of the PUPS LCLs was 100 nm, with the encapsulation efficiency of 55.3%. Conclusion The LCLs with high encapsulation efficiency and small particle size could be prepared by chloroform infusion combined with the ammonium sulphate gradient method. UV-Sephadex method is suitable for the quality control of PUPS LCLs and the results are reliable.
