摘  要:以煤系高岭岩为原料,采用水热晶化法合成超细莫来石粉。研究了热处理温度、碱浓度、液固比、水热晶化温度和时间等工艺条件对莫来石的得率和粒径的影响。用XRD、IR等分析手段对原料及产品进行了分析,结果表明:在适当的工艺条件下可以获得以莫来石为主晶相的超细莫来石粉。Mullite particles was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization from kaolinite in coal measures. The effect of the temperature of thermal treatment, NaOH concentration, the ratio of NaOH solution to kaolinite, reaction temperature and time on the productivity of mullite particle and the particle size was studied. X-ray diffraction analysis, IR analysis were conducted on raw material and products. The microstructure and the phase of products were characterized as well. Through the analysis it has been shown that nanopowder with mullite as major phase can be prepared on condition that process parameters were controlled precisely.
