摘　　要：本文介绍用Ｐｒｏｌｏｇ语言开发的“眼病诊断专家系统”，说明了提取专家知识和表达专家知识的方法，介绍了专家系统的结构，以及开发医疗诊断专家系统的理论及方法。This paper inroduces the eye disease diagnosis expert system and ist structure, explains the method of extracting and expressing experts' knowledge and how to develop the medicine diagnosis expert system.The medicine diagnosis has the statistical regularity himself, if the statistical law that medicine experts summarize the disease of patients in clinical experience is handled with computer, the automation of the medicine diagnosis may be accomplished.
