摘　　要：使用MOXA智能串行通信卡,可以满足各类通信数据不同的传输要求,保证数据传输的可靠性。文章介绍了区域子站的通信原理、数据传输模式、通信规约及细则,重点对MOXAC218卡的性能和编程方法及其在电网稳定控制系统中通信部分的应用进行了论证,同时介绍了利用MOXA卡采集数据的实现方法。MOXA intelligent serial communication card can satisfy transmit request of multifarious communication data, and it can ensure reliability of data transmitting. Its communication principles,data transmit mode, stipulations of an agreement and detailed rules of area signal station are briefly introduced in this paper.The performance and programming methods of MOXA C218 are introduced in the paper also.It is described to use MOXA C218 card to construct the communication system in Power System stability control system.At the same time the realizing method of collecting data with MOXA C218 card from equipment is discussed.
