油酸性急性肺损伤时红细胞变形能力的改变

摘　　要：以剂量０．１２５ｍｌ／１００ｇ体重的２０％油酸生理盐水混悬液注入大鼠尾静脉，复制急性肺损伤模型，对照组只注入等量的生理盐水。６０ｍｉｎ后从右心室采血测定相关生化指标，用激光衍射仪测定红细胞变形指数。结果显示各切应力的红细胞变形能力均下降，红细胞内钙、红细胞及血浆丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）明显高于对照组。相关回归分析表明，各切应力的红细胞变形指数与细胞ＭＤＡ水平无明显相关性。The animal model of respiratory distress syndrome was prepared in rats by tail vein injection of 20% of oleic acid normal saline solution at the dose of 12. 5μl/10g body weight(oleic acid group),normal saline was used instead of oleic acid with the same method in contral group.It was found that erythrocyte deformability decreased under various shear stress,erythrocytes intracellular Ca,erythrocytes and plasma MDA increased as compared with contral group.The analysis of relativity between erythrocyte deformability index and relative parameters above indicated that the changes of erythrocytes intracellular Ca and plasma MDA were the major causes of the decrease of erythrocyte deformability during experimental respiratory distress syndrome.
