摘　　要：采用JCPT塔板 (并流喷射填料塔板 )及TJH高效规整填料优化改造天然气合成甲醇精馏系统 ,使甲醇产量由 3万t/a提高至 8万t/a ,同时稳定了操作 。High throughput and efficiency column internals, Jet Co-flow Packing Tray (JCPT) and TJH Packing, have been successfully used in the revamping of a methanol purification system. The production rate of methanol is increased from 30,000 t/y to 80,000 t/y. The operation is more stable and the energy cost is saving.
