摘 要:目的:建立中药洗剂中大黄总蒽醌含量紫外分光光度测定方法。方法:利用大黄蒽醌类化合物能与醋酸镁反应显色的原理,以显色剂为空白,不水解、不分离,直接测定样品溶液在509nm 波长处的吸收度。结果:对照品大黄素浓度在2.28~11.42μg/mL范围内吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为97.0%,RSD为1.01%。结论:紫外分光光度法灵敏、快速、准确,适于肛疾舒洗剂中大黄总蒽醌的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the content of total anthraquinones of rhubard in Gangjishu lotion. Methods:According to the theory that colouring reaction will occur while anthraquinones in rhubard react upon magnesium acetate,the absorption value of the sample at 509 nm was measured to calculate content directly.Results:The calibration curve of the absorbency was linear with the concentration of emodin in the range of 2.28~11.42 μg/mL(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of emodin was 97.00%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,sensitive and can be applied to determine total anthraquinones in rhubard in Gangjishu lotion.
