摘　　要：主要论述了莱钢炼钢厂造成氧枪喷头寿命短的主要原因，以及根据相关原因制定出的整改措施。通过实践检验，效果比较显著。This paper introduces the main reasons causing short usage life of the oxygen lance nozzle in the Steelmaking Plant of Laiwu Steel and the measures for reform and consolidation worked out based on the relative reasons. It has been showed by practical production that the results are very prominent.
