摘　　要：通过分析制约焦油加工能力的主要因素，采取加强管理与技术改进措施，把焦油加工规模提高到12万吨／年的水平，产品质量与收率仍保持在较为理想的水平，经济效益明显提高。Through an analysis of the main factors restraining the capacity of tar oil treatment, with adopting management strengthening and technical improvement measures, the treatment capacity of tar oil is raised up to 120000t/a, meanwhile the product quality and recovery ratio still maintain at relative ideal level, obtaining obvious economic benefit increasement.
