摘　　要：针对因螺纹钢成分偏低或偏高造成的性能不合、甚至产生脆断的现象，以及因普碳钢裂边、内裂造成的质量问题，莱钢炼钢厂通过运用目标管理，提高产品质量等活动课题。并且采取了一系列提高产品质量的措施，提高了钢材的质量性能，降低了裂边废品量。Aiming at unqualified performance and even brittle failure due to lower or higher composition of ribbed bar and the quality problems resulted from cracked edge and internal cracks of common carbon steel, in the Steelmaking Plant of Laiwu Steel, through adopting object management, carrying out quality improvement campaign, a series of measures to improve product quality have been put into effect, improving steel quality and performance and reducing unqualified product quantity.
