低合金钢粉的烧结硬化与性能研究

摘　　要：对粉末冶金公司生产的低合金含量的水雾化预合金钢粉Fe-1．8Ni-0．5Mo进行了烧结硬化工艺的研究，探讨了在较高密度条件下，以低合金钢粉为基础的材料体系的烧结硬化性能和影响因素。This paper makes a research for the sintering harden processing low alloyed of the water atomized pre-alloyed steel powder Fe-1.8Ni-0.5Mo produced by the Powder Metallurgy Company of Laiwu Steel, discusses the sintering harden properties and the effecting factors of the material series based on low alloyed steel powder under higher densitg condition.
