摘 要:以单个Ca(OH)2颗粒为研究对象,在分析半干法烟气脱硫反应中传质—反应过程的基础上,提出一系列假设条件,对该过程进行合理简化,进而建立了单颗粒环形区的脱硫反应模型及水分蒸发模型,并根据模型得到了反应速率及水分蒸发时间的计算公式,从而为增湿活化技术的完善和发展提供了理论依据,同时也为湿法脱硫机理的研究提供了理论参考。The single Ca(OH)_2 particle was studied as object. Based on analysis of the mass transfer and reaction process in semi-dry FGD system, a series of hypothetic conditions were brought foreward. Consequently, a desulfurization model about reaction in single-particle, cricoid-area and evaporation was found. According to the model, calculation formulas about the rate of reaction and time of evaporation were achieved. In this way, the theory basis for consummating and developing the technique of humidification activation was provided and the theory reference for studying the mechanism of wet desulfurization was offered.
