摘　　要：虚拟企业是管理科学、信息技术、通信技术相结合的产物。IT技术特别是WebServices的迅猛发展为虚拟企业的 构建提供了新的模式。提出了一种基于PKI的和针对虚拟企业成员身份管理、访问者身份鉴别、合作伙伴的授权协作交 互过程中的完整性、保密性等问题的一体化的解决方案。Virtual enterprise relates to management science, information technology and communication technology. During the last few years, IT technology develops rapidly. Especially the webservices technology offers a new mode for the construction of virtual enterprise. Now a set of settlement, which is about capacity management of virtual enterprise, capacity discrimination of visitors, integrity and confidentiality of partners during authorizing and coordinating mutually and so on, is proposed here.
