摘　　要：依据DIN5 3 3 1 4德国标准测量皮革中的六价铬含量 ,对整个测量过程中不确定度的来源进行了分析 ,并对不确定度各个分量进行了评定、合成 ,最后给出了合成不确定度和有效自由度。The content of chromium(Ⅵ) in leather is determined according to German Standard DIN53314. The source of uncertainty in the whole process of measurement is analysed, each component of uncertainty is estimated and combined. The combined uncertainty and effective degrees of freedom are given at last.
