摘  要:论文针对宽调速范围的航空高速无刷直流电动机的转速测量方法进行研究.该电机位置测量采用了无刷旋转变压器以获得高可靠性,它与集成电路AD2S90组合,构成了12位的数字式位置传感器.论文研究了基于该位置传感器的两种电机转速测量方法-脉冲计数法与脉冲周期法,分析了这两种方法的测量精度,以及测量精度与转速的关系,提出将两种测量方法组合,以保证在整个调速范围内获得了较高的精度,并且讨论了转速测量数据的滤波方法.论文提出的转速测量方法保证电机转速在100~10000 r/min内测量精度达到0.4%.The rotative speed measurement methods of aviation high-speed wide-range-timing brushless DC motor are discussed. A 12-bit digital position transducer is composed of brushless revolver and integrated circuit AD2S90, the revolver make the system achieve fairly high reliability. Based on the position transducer two speed measurement methods: pulse numeration method and pulse period method are introduced in the paper, the precision of these two methods and the relationship of precision and rotative speed are also analyzed, based on the analysis a compounding method that is suitable for the whole speed range with higher precision is advanced, at last the filtering method of speed measurement data is discussed. On condition that the speed is from 100 to 10 000 rotate per minute, the relative high precision of 0.4% is obtained by the compounding method.
