黄藤花粉采集时间与萌发条件的初步研究

摘　　要：文章对黄藤开花习性、花粉采集时间及萌发条件进行了初步研究 ,结果表明 :在黄藤开花盛期 ,日开花高峰期集中在 9:0 0～ 13:0 0 ,上午 8:30～ 12 :30收集的花粉萌发力最强 ;在 15 0g/L蔗糖液体培养基中 ,常温 (31.0～ 32 .5℃ )条件下培养 6h或 9h ,或 35℃的条件下培养 6h ,花粉萌发与生长效果极佳。Flowering behaviour and the time of pollen collection and the conditions of germination in Daemonorops margaritae were studied in this paper. The results showed that flowers were maximum from 9:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. every day in blooming. The optimum time of collection was from 8:30 a.m.to 12:30 a.m. because the rate of germination was the highest and the length of pollen tube was the longest during this period. The best combination for germination and growth was:liquid medium with 150 g/L sucrose and culture under normal temperature(31.0～32.5℃)for 6 h or 9 h or under 35℃ for 6 h.;
