Objective To study the clinical significance of CD62p,CD63 and vascular endothelial function in the children with Kawasaki Disease(KD). Methods There were 40 KD patients, and 40 heath children were taken as control group. The expression of platelet membrane- glycoprotein CD62p,CD63 was measured by flow cytometry. At the sametime, the diameter of superficial brachial arteries was measured with high-resolution ultrasound, D0 as the diameter before superficial brachial arteries congested, D1 as the diameter after congested, and D%=(D1-D0)/D0×100%. Results The expression of CD62p,CD63 in KD before or after therapy were higher than that in control group(P<0.01); There were no significant difference of the expression of CD62p,CD63 between before and after therapy. D1,D% were significant higher before therapy than that of after therapy, and there were no significant difference in D1,D% between after and before therapy. Conclusion Platelets are still highly activated and there is endothelial-dependent vasodilation dysfunction in convalescent KD patients. It is need how decrease platelet-activity, and improve vascular endothelial function.[
