摘　　要：针对国外绿色壁垒对我国对外贸易所产生的日趋严重的负面影响,分析我国有关政府部门在应对绿色壁垒过程中,行政管理体系、管理体制和运作机制等方面存在的问题,探讨我国在加入世界贸易组织之后,相关政府部门如何发挥职能作用,找准定位,以减轻国外绿色壁垒对我国对外贸易的不利影响。In responding to the negative impact of green barriers on China's foreign trade, the author tries to identify the problems existing with related agencies in their administrative system, management, and operational mechanism in order to throw light on the way government agencies bring into play their legal functions at the right positions so as to alleviate the adverse impact of the green barriers.
