摘　　要：阐述了华北水利水电学院校园网建设和改造扩建工程的规划与设计思路,介绍了该院网络用户管理的模式、对网络交换设备的要求以及校园网的网络安全管理情况并对校园网络性能进行优化,使该学院的信息化水平有了质的飞跃.The design and planning of campus network construction,reform and extension project of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power is introduced and the guiding principle of network establishment,the model of network user management and the demand for network switch devices and the network safe management and performence optimization are discussed.
