摘  要: 研究了一种非加氢降烯烃催化剂的制备及应用。该催化剂由Cl/SiO2/γ-Al2O3作载体,700℃高温焙烧,采用共浸渍法添加活性金属Ni和W制得。反应在自制的小型固定床反应器上进行,最佳反应条件为:温度230℃,空速1.5h-1,压力2.5MPa。产品用PONA色谱法和荧光吸附法分析检测其族组成的体积分数,FCC汽油中烯烃的体积分数由原来的54.89%下降到26.71%(PONA法),芳烃的体积分数有所升高但小于40%,完全符合车用汽油国家标准要求。同时测定辛烷值(RON)为93,克服了以往加氢带来的辛烷值降低的缺点。该非加氢催化剂具有选择性高、再生性和稳定性好的特点,应用在降烯烃工艺中还有费用低、温度低和多功能等特点。该工艺特点是反应条件缓和、非加氢、流程简单。Application and preparation of a non-hydrogenation reducing-olefin catalyst were studied. The catalyst, supported by Cl/SiO_2/γ-Al_2O_3, was prepared at 700 ℃ by adding active components Ni and W. The catalyst was applied in fixed vector under the conditions of reaction temperature of 230 ℃, volume space velocity of 1.5 h^(-1) and reaction pressure of 2.5 MPa. The volume fraction of gasoline was determined by the methods of PONA chromatogram and fluorescent indicator adsorption. The olefin content decreased from 54.89% to 26.71%, aroma content increased slightly but less than 40%, which meets the criterion of country's car gasoline. Octane number is 93 which overcome reduction of octane number for hydrogenation. The result shows that the catalyst has characteristics of high selectivity, regeneration and stability. Furthermore, the catalyst applied in reducing-olefin technology has the advantages of less cost, low temperature and multi-functions. Characteristics of the technology are of relaxative reaction condition, non-hydrogenation, simple flow.
