摘　　要：从我国国有商业银行不良资产产生的原因和在处置中的制约因素来看,需要从营造不良资产处置的良好外部环境、完善和加强商业银行贷款风险控制制度以及借鉴国外先进经验技术等多方面采取措施,积极处置。As concerns the causes of non-performing assets and the restrictive factors in the management of our state-owned commercial banks, we need to take various steps such as creating a good external environment for the management of non-performing assets, intensifying and improving the building of lending risk control system, and use the advanced foreign experiences and techniques for reference.
