碧桃干对儿童营养性贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：在毒理与药效实验的基础上，用碧桃干液对２６０例营养性贫血（ＮＡ）患儿进行了治疗观察，并随机选择３９例ＮＡ患者服安慰剂对照。结果碧桃干治疗后３０ｄ血红蛋白（１１６．９０±４．０３ｇ／Ｌ）较治疗前（９２．５５±５．２４ｇ／Ｌ）明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ），血清铁（ＳＩ），血清锌（Ｚｎ）也明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），对照组上述指标无明显变化；治疗组治疗后血清总蛋白（ＴＰ）、白蛋白（Ａ）、球蛋白（Ｇ）毅治疗前也有明显升高，成熟红细胞形态恢复正常，提示碧桃干液治疗儿童ＮＡ有效，值得临床推广。On the basis of the toxicological and pharmacodynamic experiment,260 children suffering from nutritional anemia were treated with Bitaogan and observed for 30 days and contrasted with 39 patients who were given placebo.As a result,it showed that hemoglobin after(116.90±4.03g/L)treatment with Bitao gan is remarkable(P<0. 05)higher than that before(92.55±5.24g/L),and serum iron protein,serum iron and serum zinc is also remarkable(P<0.001)higher.The above index of contrasted group has no remarkable change;There is also remarkable change in serum total protein,albumin,globulin and ripe erythrocyte's shape in the treated group.which showed that Bitaogan has an effect on treating children with nutritional anemia
