摘  要: 随着对大动脉缓冲功能减退在老年单纯收缩期高血压的发生、发展中重要作用认识的不断深入,使得对大动脉僵化时的病理、分子生物学及病理生理学变化也有了一定的认识。随之而产生了脉压、脉搏波传导速度等大动脉缓冲功能评定技术,更可喜的是已初步遴选出针对大动脉僵化,具有良好降压外作用的新抗高血压药物,如血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、长效 5单硝酸酯及血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂等。It is recognized that large arterial buffering function has take part in the occurence and development about isolated systolic hypertension(ISH)in elderly patients.Many theories about pathology,molecularbiology and pathophysiology in association with large arterial stiffness have been realized.There are many techniques which can reflect large arterial buffering function,such as pulse pressure,pulse wave velocity,et al,and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,long-acting isosorbide-5-mononitrate and angiotensin receptor blocker have been confirmed that have double effects:favourable hypotensive effect and anti-large arterial stiffness effect.
